CareLoop authorizes you to view and download material from the Service solely for your own use. You may not sell or modify the material or otherwise use it for any public or commercial purpose.
Any advertisement, links with other websites, co-hosts, or references to third parties are not endorsements of such third parties’ products or services and are not intended to result in any referrals or compensation to you or CareLoop.
The Service allows you to store or share your content or receive material from others. We do not claim ownership of your content and you remain responsible for your content. Use of Information and Resources
CareLoop is not responsible for information provided by health information content providers, third party sites linked to or framed by the Service, or third-party sites, and does not make any representations regarding the content, accuracy, or timeliness of any of such information. By health-related information, we mean the health-related, medical, and wellness information available through the Service that includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, video, and images; information created by health information content providers, licensors, suppliers, and other third parties; advertisements; and any other material, information or health information content accessible on third-party web sites to which CareLoop may have links.
Not an Emergency Service
CareLoop is not to be used for emergency communications or any sort of urgent healthcare need. If you have an emergency, please contact your emergency first responders (by calling 911 or other method of contact) or arrange for transportation to the nearest emergency care provider. For non-emergency but urgent situations, you should contact your healthcare provider directly by telephone or in-person through the contact information your provider has given you.
Passwords and Account
Your username and password (collectively, the “Password”) will allow you to access the Service and certain information about you and your healthcare. Your Password is the exclusive property and confidential information of CareLoop and may be used solely for your individual use of and access to the Service. You are solely responsible for controlling your Passwords and for authorizing, monitoring, and controlling access to your account. You are prohibited from distributing, providing, or otherwise making available your Password to any third party and are responsible for all activities that occur under your Password. You agree to notify CareLoop immediately of any unauthorized use of your Password or of any need to deactivate the Password(s) associated with your account.
Your Personal Information
Your privacy is important to us. You will need to provide a Password to use the Service. When you download your personal information from your data source (including, for example, medical information) CareLoop will store your personal information. We provide the Service to you as a Business Associate to your healthcare provider. As a Business Associate, we follow the rules that apply to Business Associates under HIPAA and the HITECH Act, as well as any other privacy and security rule surrounding your personal information that was agreed to between CareLoop and your healthcare provider.
We recommend that you do not divulge your Password to anyone. Remember to sign out of your account and close your browser window when you have finished your session. No data transmissions over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. As a result, while we try to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. We have taken steps required or us under HIPAA and HITECH to protect the security and privacy of any patient information housed on our Service.
You represent to us that you are of sufficient legal age to use the Service and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of your use of the Service. You under that you are financially responsible for all uses of this site by you and those using your Password.
Liability of CareLoop and Its Licensors and Suppliers
CareLoop and its licensors and suppliers are not responsible for any claims you may have against any medical professionals, suppliers of products, or other persons, institutions, or entities identified in whole or in part through the Services.
In the event that you have a dispute with any individual and/or entity that arises out of your use of the Service, you release CareLoop (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees) from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code §1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims which that creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”

CARELOOP, ITS LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT THE INFORMATION IN, OR LINKS OR SEARCHES CONDUCTED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS COMPLETE, EXHAUSTIVE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR ACCURATE. NO CLAIMS OR ENDORSEMENTS ARE MADE FOR ANY DRUG, HERB, SUPPLEMENT, COMPOUND, THERAPY, OR TREATMENT.
NEVER DISREGARD MEDICAL ADVICE FROM YOUR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER OR DELAY IN SEEKING TREATMENT BECAUSE OF SOMETHING YOU HAVE READ FROM CARELOOP.
CareLoop may terminate any user’s right to use the Service at any time. CareLoop reserves the right to block, delete, or stop the uploading of materials and communications that in its sole discretion finds unacceptable for any reason.
CareLoop, Inc. is a Delaware corporation based in Colorado in the United States of America and makes no claims that the content and information included in the Service is appropriate or may be used outside of the United States. Access to the content and information of the Service may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries.
